The hotel management kindly asks all guests to pay attention to the following standards and rules which guarantee a pleasant and safe stay at the „Primorski“ hotel.
Hotel policy:
Check in after 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to leave your bags for storage in the luggage room for free.
Check out until noon. Please, make sure you have not forgotten items and valuables in the room, settle all bills at reception before leaving and return the key card for your room.
Accommodation requirements: ID/passport with photo. Minor guests (younger than 18 years) are not accommodated without an adult companion.
Only registered guests are accommodated at the hotel and allowed to enter the hotel rooms.
We advise you to store money and valuables in the safes at the front desk. Please, make sure you lock your safe with a personal password. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused by the loss of money and/or valuables that are not stored in a safe.
Pets and other animals are not allowed.
Smoking is absolutely forbidden on the inside territory of the Primorski hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will be sanctioned without exception.
No hotel property can be taken outside the hotel. The inventory should be used as intended. Any damage or loss of hotel property is payable at market value.
Perform emergency responders, which should only be used when expressly instructed by staff at the hotel, and all other people have been banned.
Behavior of guests:
Dear guests, please follow the hotel's good manners and rules. If you violate these policies, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. In such cases, you shall still be required to pay for the accommodation and additional services you have used, as well as there will be no refunds for payments already made.
