The hotel management kindly asks all guests to pay attention to the following standards and rules, which ensure a pleasant and safe stay at Hotel Primorski.
Hotel Policy:
Check-in is after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage for storage free of charge.
Check-out is until 12:00 noon. Please make sure that you have not left any personal belongings or valuables in the room, settle your bill at reception before departure and return your room key card.
Check-in requirements:
ID card / passport.
Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated without an adult companion.Only registered guests may stay at the hotel and access the hotel rooms.
We advise you to keep money and valuables in the safes available at reception. Please make sure that you lock your safe with a personal password. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from money and/or valuables that have not been stored in a safe.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout Hotel Primorski. Failure to comply with this rule will be subject to a penalty without exception.
Removing hotel property from the premises is prohibited. Hotel inventory must be used only for its intended purpose. Any damage to or loss of hotel property shall be charged at three times its market value.
Emergency exits may only be used upon explicit instruction from hotel staff. In all other cases, their use is prohibited.
Guest Conduct:
Dear Guests, please observe good manners and comply with the hotel rules. In the event of a violation of these rules, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. In such cases, you will still be required to pay for the accommodation and any additional services used, and no refunds will be provided for payments already made.
